St John's is a small Catholic school set in beautiful grounds and welcomes pupils of all denominations. Our school is a happy place where pupils love to learn. 

We are an accredited Forest School, providing a unique opportunity for pupils' learning and development and have recently achieved the gold mark for learning outside the classroom. We are the first in the north west to gain this award and only the second primary school in the country! We believe children need to engage in the great outdoors and the behaviour in school is exemplary.

We are one of the family of feeder schools for St. Bede's Catholic High School

We have a nursery for children from the age of three.
