A warm welcome to Sunbeams Nursery.
We are a fun filled, happy nursery with a safe environment for children aged 3+.

Sunbeams nursery works in partnership with St Johns Catholic Primary School. We are a foundation unit and so share our spaces with the reception class.
This also supports a smoother transition to reception as our children get to build a relationship with Mrs Porter and Miss Hesketh, our reception class teachers.

We are based in the Nursery unit and make excellent use of the green areas around school , here you can find our mud kitchen and large loose parts. The children love to make mud pies, hunt for mini-beasts, watch how the seasons affect nature and build structures to travel over or hide away in.

We love being out in nature and have access to the schools large field and forest area, we like to observe how the trees and landscape change with the seasons as well as making dens and playing hide and seek.
