In sunbeams we wear clothes that make us feel comfortable and it is ok if we get them messy. We like to wear clothes that we can  dress ourselves in, because we love to be independent when going the toilet and when putting on or taking off our jumper, when we are hot or cold, although we know there is always an adult here that will help us if we need it.

On our feet we like to wear shoes we can run, climb and crawl in, we are also starting to learn to take them off and put them on by ourselves, my keyworker suggests Velcro strapped shoes or trainers which are comfy and will help me with my independence skills.

In sunbeams we like to play outside in all weathers, so as well as our coat and hat I also need a puddle suit and wellies, however do not worry we also have spares in Sunbeams that we can use when needed. In the summer I will need a sun hat.

As we like to explore and investigate with paint, water and mud, I will need a bag with some spare clothes, my keyworker recommends two sets of socks, underwear and trousers (or other leg coverings)  and one T-shirt and jumper/hoody.
